Shila-

I enjoyed my tenure as the Secretary of the Club, supporting President Gayathri and the team during the Inner Wheel Year.  We had 11 General Body Meetings and 9 EC meetings during the year.  This year witnessed a good amount of participation with an average of 65% attendance to our meetings and large number of members attending to the Projects.  Most of our meetings were held at our member’s residences where they hosted it with great enthusiasm and hospitality.  

I enjoyed tracking down birthdays and other celebrations of our members and wishing them and also distributing the Rose Plants for Birthdays.   We also had a good track record of minuting all our meetings, events and projects during the year and the legacy of the club continues…Thank you

Project 1 - INTACT 2018- Quiz Competition- Mary Clubwala School, Egmore Chennai

Venue:  May Clubwala School, Guild of Service, Egmore, Chennai
Program:  Quiz Program INTACT 2018

30 students participated,  42 questions were given and 2 members formed a team and all of them did quite well.   The top student scored 35/42.  Top 6 girls were given prizes and all others were given books as a token of appreciation.
