26 April 2019- Project : Leg deformation correction surgery for disabled child Sangeetha of Kumaran Special School

Our club sponsored Rs 7000 ( provided by members Umasree Rs 5000 and Kalarani Rs 2000) towards the leg deformation correction surgery of the differently abled child Sangeetha of Kumaran Special school Ennore and the friends and family of Umasree collected another Rs 28000/- towards this special need.  The surgery got completed successfully on 26 April 2019 and the child is currently back home and recovering.  Post surgery physiotherapy and rehabilitation will be done in the short run.  Thanks to Rajeena and Magdoom for their continuous support to this special home.

25 April 2019- Project : Donation to BORN2WIN Transgender Welfare Association

Donated Rs 10000/-  to BORN2WIN - Transgender Welfare Association for their vocational training needs, sponsored by Umasree Raghunath .  She was also one of the guest of honours during their 7th Trans-Achievers Awards night on 25 April 2019.
