On 21/8/16 - "Madras Day" banners were displayed at Nageshwara Rao Park
from 21/8/16 to 28/8/16. A few of our members were there everyday from
4.30 to 6.00pm. 200 leaflets about our Club & Madras were
distributed to 4 restaurants

First Time graduates completed Graduation under Sumar Karpur Fund
In
memory of Past Association President Smt Suman Karpur, and fund in her name,
Pavithra and Nivetha were sponsored for their graduation for the last 3 years
and they have successfully graduated from College with flying colors, as first time graduates in their families. Nivtha came forward to share her experience and gratitute with us

We handed over Rs. 9000/- for Sanitary napkins to the Girls of Government Girls High School, Gopalapuram from Chairman Shama Prasanna to PDC Nalini Prabakar
Rs. 9000/- to Bird Old Age Home for Provision for 6 months to Mr. Shankar of Bird Old Age Home
Rs. 5000/- to Child home for Provision. handed over to Thilak of Sevai Karangal
Rs. 5000/- worth sports materials are handing over to sports master of Nkt boys school Triplicane
100+ sarees were given to Kumaravel of HIV Rehabilitation Centre Tiruvallur
Sandhya has been continiously supporting Nirmala, a nursing student in Vellore and hands over the cheque to the Blessed Trust Vellore
